Adele Nolan – Operations Director
Adele has now been promoted to Operations Director. This a huge achievement and evidenced by the strengthened relationship we’ve held for the past two decades with our flagship client Sainsburys.
Adele has enhanced this relationship by consistently going the extra mile for them and truly ensuring we are a strategic partner, who the client recently admitted was integral to their supply chains success.
Most recently Adele has been working on the TUPE of the Sainsburys sites to Wincanton which now presents us with the same opportunity to grow & secure Wincanton partnership in the same way. Adele will continue to support her internal team operationally ensuring that everybody grows and will experience a very successful year allowing us to smash this year’s budget for the first time in two years.
Harpal Ghuman – Payroll Manager
Harpal has now been promoted to Payroll Manager. He has been working to bring the payroll department into a more process driven environment evidencing his capability and skills to take the next steps forward with our new temp employment structure and to lead the team to be the best it can be.
Harpal has embraced and risen to every challenge that has come with the changes associated with new technologies, efficiencies and streamlining.
With change also comes the need to ensure the company can sustain those changes whilst continuing to develop to be the best in the marketplace, an employer of choice and a market leader. To enable us to do this we have taken the decision to expand the company board.
Afzal Akram – Non-Executive Director
Afzal has joined the board of directors as a non-executive director to provide an independent view on the running of our business, and to ensure we maintain integrity, governance, and boardroom best practice.
He will oversee, constructively challenge, and hold to account, the directors & management team in their implementation of sales, new strategy, technology & people within the company’s business plan for future growth.
