We use Timesheet Portal because it streamlines the entire timesheet, contractor management, and invoicing process, reducing admin and helping us deliver a smoother experience for both clients and contractors. It saves time, improves accuracy, and ensures compliance by keeping everything in one place – from time approvals to billing.

We use Firefish Software because it brings our entire recruitment process into one intelligent platform — combining CRM, ATS, marketing automation, and candidate engagement tools. This means we can source, nurture, and place candidates more efficiently, keep talent engaged through automated communications, and manage clients and vacancies in one streamlined workflow. Ultimately, it helps us work faster, stay organised, and deliver a better experience to both candidates and clients.

We have implemented Sage Employee Benefits to both ‘give back’ and to show appreciation to our team to keep them motivated in their day-to-day roles.
