Step 1: CV Submission
Whether you respond to a vacancy or submit your CV, an experienced consultant will review your application. We will then contact you about current or future roles that are local to you and match your skills and career goals.
Step 2: Meeting
We always set up a meeting with you so we can properly understand your needs and desired work/life balance. This way we can commit to providing you with the best job opportunities available.
Step 3: Registration
Should your application be successful you will be invited to register. During the registration we will train and support you to ensure you’re ready to take the next step.
Step 4: Assessment
Each of our clients require you to complete an assessment of your skills, but don’t worry, our office team and driver trainers are here to support you through the process. We only place you in to roles that match you requirements and allow you to perform to your best.
Step 5: Induction
After a successful assessment you will be introduced to the H&G family. This is a comprehensive process that will give you all the tools you need to complete your role to the best of your ability.
Step 6: Start Work
Having successfully finished our induction process you will start at your exciting new position.
All our associates are paid weekly, by submitting your time sheets through the portal on this website we will be able to make sure that you are paid in a timely manner.
