- Supply Chain
Our supply chain is purposefully kept short. We do not work with any second tier labour providers unless specified by a client to ensure we know the recruitment process and that it is ethical.
We procure services and goods to our business through a stringent process ensuring they have agreed to our ethical code of conduct which includes the enforcement of the Human Rights Act.
- Policies and Due Diligence
Our Tackling Modern Slavery and Human Exploitation policy, along with our Human Rights policy, whistleblowing policy, anti-bullying and harassment policy, and grievance procedure are each reviewed regularly to assess whether any changes are required. All policies are available to our employees and workforce on their respective intranet sites or handbooks.
We utilise an independent third-party whistleblowing hotline which can be used by our employees and workforce to report any concerns they might have around modern slavery or human rights more generally. Details of the hotline and our whistleblowing procedures are published and promoted at all of sites.
We have an Employee Code of Conduct which includes a section on Human Rights and is intended to ensure our employees and workforce understand how we operate as a Company and also how we require our employees and workforce to conduct themselves, in order to uphold our values.
- Modern Slavery Awareness Training
We have a face to face session and e-learning module available to the Company, which gives employees the practical knowledge needed in order to spot the signs of modern slavery or labour exploitation and how to report, support, and prevent.
This training is included in our employee onboarding process and ensure all employees are aware of the risks of modern slavery.
During a worker’s registration and onboarding, we talk through modern slavery and provide information on support available.
All training is refreshed annually as a minimum.
