HG Recruitment Promotional Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This promotion is open exclusively to registered and eligible HGV drivers engaged by HG Recruitment. Employees of HG Recruitment, their immediate families, and any individuals professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period: The promotional campaign will run from 1 January 2026 to 1 March 2026 (inclusive).
How to Qualify: Eligible drivers who complete a minimum of 25 shifts during the promotional period will qualify for the Return-to-Work Bonus, subject to the criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria: Return to Work Bonus – Drivers must have had a minimum break of 16 weeks from HG Recruitment prior to returning. Any previous assessment completed must remain valid. Drivers will not be eligible if they are involved in any accidents or incidents during the promotional period.
Recommend a Friend Bonus – New drivers introduced to HG Recruitment must declare the name of the individual who recommended them during the registration process. The referred driver must complete a minimum of 25 shifts during the promotional period for the referrer to qualify for the bonus. The bonus will be paid to the referrer only; the recommended driver will not receive a bonus payment.
Payment of Bonus: All qualifying criteria will be verified by HG Recruitment. Bonus payments will be processed and credited to the qualifying individual’s bank account.
Data Protection: Personal data provided for this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the campaign and in accordance with HG Recruitment’s Privacy Policy.
General: HG Recruitment reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
