Everyone we place is paid weekly, on PAYE, with holiday pay and pension included. Overtime and weekend premiums are available at most sites, and night rates are higher than the figures above.

Booker HGV jobs — Class 1 (C+E) drivers
Class 2 work with Booker is mostly multi-drop — delivering to independent retailers, convenience stores and Booker’s own branches. Expect early starts, a run of drops through the day, and real customer contact. There’s handball involved, so it’s a more physical job than trunking, but the shifts are sociable and you’re back at the same yard every night.
What you’ll need
- Full UK Category C+E licence
- Valid Driver CPC (DQC card), in date
- Digital tachograph driver card
- 12 months’ Class 2 experience
- No more than 6 penalty points, and no DD, DR or IN endorsements
- The right to work in the UK
Store delivery involves moving roll cages, so a reasonable level of fitness matters alongside the licence.
Booker HGV jobs — Class 2 (C) and multi-drop drivers

- The right to work in the UK
A reasonable level of fitness and a professional manner matter as much as the licence on multi-drop — you’re the face of Booker at every drop you make.
