H&G Recruitment have an amazing vacancy for a Transport Administrator who is computer literate to work with our prestigious client based in Hemel Hempstead. You must have a strong knowledge of transport and administration and be a strong decision maker.

This is a night shift position and the shift times are 22:00-06:00 Monday-Friday. This is an on-going Temp-Perm contract for the right candidate. You will supporting a busy transport department and key personnel. There is also potential for progression to a supervisor for the right candidate.

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Licence check’s and mandates
•  Computer literate
•  Run sheets 
•  Fuel Ice reporting
•  Logic’s updates, shifts worked

Personal Specification:

•  IT literate to use current business tools
•  Professional and polite phone manner
•  Analytical approach to data capture and reporting* Minute taking
•  Excellent Organisational skills
•  Computer literate
