• Days  £13.36
• Days Weekend & BH  £20.71
• Days Overtime after 42 hours worked weekly £20.04
• Nights £15.78
• Nights Weekend & BH £23.13
• Nights Overtime after 42 hours worked weekly £22.46

H&G are recruiting Class  2 Drivers to work with our client based in Bury St Edmunds This is full time opportunity with fixed  shifts available across seven days with plenty of overtime available part time and ad-hoc shifts also available.  

Start times

• Sunday to Thursday  16-00 – 18-00

Day to Day duties

This is a multi drop position delivering essential goods to the NHS and Community Trusts

• Predominantly cage deliveries to Hospital trusts, GP’s, Care homes including tail lift delivery
• Up to 3 trips per day dependant on volume
• Expectation that empty cages are collected from every delivery point (element of load shifting required enroute)
• Temperature controlled vehicles – Rules to follow on alarms and temperature ticket printing (Training given)

The ideal person to join our team will have

• HGV C Class 2 licence
• Relevant experience Newly qualified welcome
• Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
• A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer focused attitude
