HGV Class 1 drivers

Based in Wigan, we urgently require 15 – 20 HGV /LGV drivers to join our winning team. H&G require HGV class 1 drivers to work on guaranteed FTE flexible shift rota patterns for great rates of pay.

Our client is a well known brand who requires you to carry out  store deliveries at front of store and or trunking within their primary network. Engaged in collections and deliveries.

The ideal HGV/LGV driver should be looking for either days/nights and weekend work.in order to receive an excellent renumeration. For peak we have fixed FTE rotas in place providing you with security till the end on January 2021 along with a seasonal 10 week retention bonus scheme payable in January £500 (T’s & C’s apply)

Days (06-00 – 18-00) £13.00ph

Nights (18-00 – 06-00) £15.00ph

Saturday £16.00ph

Sunday £18.00ph

Umbrella PAYE rates

 Days (06-00 – 18-00) £12.57ph

Nights (18-00 – 06-00) £14.86ph

Saturday £16.00ph

Sunday £18.29ph

You will have: Full HGV Class 1 licence held for at least one year

Driven a HGV lorry in the last 90 days

Digital Tacho card

A good understanding of Drivers hours and regulations

Good understanding of the working time directive

Excellent geographical knowledge of UK road network
