H&G are recruiting Class 1 Drivers to work with our client based in Harlow This is full time opportunity with fixed shifts available Friday through to Monday variable start times.

HGV C+E Drivers

Rates of Pay PAYE/Intermediary

Class 1  

• Days Monday – Friday 07:00 – 22:59                                                 £16.00/£19.76
• Nights increase on base rate Monday – Friday 23:00 – 06:59           £18.40/£22.72
• Saturday and Sunday Days £3 on base rate                                    £19.00/£23.47
• Saturday and Sunday Nights £3 on base rate                                  £21.40/£26.43
• Bank holiday Days 07:00 – 22:59                                                     £24.00
• Bank Holiday Nights 23:00 – 06:59                                                   £26.40
• Overtime worked after 45 hours weekly                                            £10.20/£11.43
• Infringement bonus                                                                             £0.50/£0.56

Day to Day duties

This is a multi drop position Predominantly store delivery work and some trunking

In return for your commitment

Earn £16.00 – £26.43 per hour PAYE /Umbrella

The ideal person to join our team will have

• HGV  Class 1
• 1 years relevant experience
• Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
• A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer focused attitude
• Eligibility to work in the UK
