H&G Recruitment now have 2  exciting opportunities for exceptionally ambitious General Managers to join our highly regarded recruitment business. Geographical areas are Essex and Kent and  Herts and Beds based typically remotely you will be required to attend senior team meetings at Head office in St Albans
As we continue to build on our reputation for providing first class service to our internal and external stakeholders we now require two successful General Managers to help sustain our growth by developing some of the best teams in the industry. 
As the General Manager:
You will manage, drive and improve sales and standards across your region. Which includes both onsite and branch development. Motivating, encouraging & Mentoring both an established and growing team. You will help to achieve the strategic objectives of the group and exceed the planned profitability. Recruit , Support, and retain new talent to the company whilst maintaining the highest standards expected of our industry. Have a highly detailed & analytical approach and possess that winning mentality to aid in the following:
Company growth
Strategic Sales & Business Development 
Operational management 
Influencing positive change 
The implementation of new contracts 
Internal recruitment 
Profit and loss responsibility
Legal compliance

Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working in a Senior Management role-within a Recruitment business specialising in Transport and Logistics. With an established track record of managing more than one cost centre and up to 6 managers.

A basic salary in the region of circa £45k plus an on-target earnings £60 k + (performance related bonus uncapped) You will also benefit from a Company Car, 30 days holiday + bank holidays  Pension & Healthcare.
