Digital Marketing and Advertising Executive 

H&G Recruitment are currently recruiting a Marketing professional to driver their marketing and advertising forward. We are a nationwide business who embraces hybrid working, the ideal candidate will be located near to our head office in St Albans, however we have a national presence and for an exceptional candidate we can accommodate you if you are located near to Warrington or Northampton

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09-00 to 17-30

Responsibilities

• To produce social media content for key channels eg linked in facebook twitter tiktok and instagram including writing captions , copy, and ideation of creative concepts and assets
• Day to day management of social media channels including post scheduling and community management
• Brand protection including image and content that are coherently and consistently represented
• Development of social and digital marketing strategies
• Creation optimisation and management of paid social media and PPC campaigns, this includes strategy, input, copy and performance analysis
• Integration with the digital marketing agency
• Supporting the marketing consultant to deliver campaigns across a multiple range of platforms
• Define the development roadmap and maintain the website and content inline with business priorities
• SEO and technical optimisation with the web management external agency 
• Collaborate with the CEO, Marketing consultant and senior management to define strategic objectives annual marketing b=plans and the annual marketing planning process.
• Your goal is to ensure that H&G stands out from the competition
• You should drive a marketing continuous improvement mindset and carry out after action reviews at the end of each campaign ort planning period

Experience and Skills Required

• Graduate level role with an apprenticeship level 5-7 available
• Ideal candidate should have a full understanding of marketing principles with an emphasis on digital marketing and some experience ideally within a B2B environment
• They must possess a passion for content creation and a strong desire to aid the business in driving its sales and growth
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written English skills
• Possess a sound knowledge of Microsoft office, social media management and content creation tools
• You should be familiar with Adobe packages and any other industry leading marketing and advertising packages relevant today.
• We are looking for a self starter with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload.
• The foresight to analyse results, plan campaigns gauge success and use this evidence to guide future marketing plans.
• You should possess an gregarious and outgoing personality as it is important to work as part of a team with the drive and initiative to be able to work on your own.
• Your ultimate goal will be to plan strategically with a results orientated approach.
