360 Business Development Recruitment Consultant

Full Time Newton le Willows Permanent

As a Business Development Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own desk, as well as generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the industrial and driving sectors. You will also be expected to source and screen candidates, negotiate and close deals, and work towards your personal and team targets. You will have the autonomy and support to work in a way that suits your style and skills, as well as the opportunity to progress within the company.

The Role

- New business development - Telephone and face-to-face in order to generate new clients.

- Client relationship management - gaining strong understanding of the client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.

- Resourcing - attracting, screening, Interviewing and introducing candidates to clients

- Planning - fulfilment of daily requirements

- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
