Engaging with the Registration Process

Workers must be legally compliant to become part of our team and community. Candidates should be prepared to willingly engage in drug and alcohol tests and pursue opportunities with like minded employer but due to the sensitivity of certain of those opportunities you may need to partake in a DBS check ( Disclosure and Barring) policy that you will be asked to take a drugs and alcohol test especially if you are operating or working around machinery or vehicles .

You will receive training around Anti Modern Slavery and we may regularly check your understanding of this subject. Your health and wellbeing at work is important to us and the clients we work with and so it is often policy. Your data is safe with us and we are conscious of our responsibility around this and will protect your personal information in line with the government’s GDPR requirements and our accreditation with Cyber Essentials Plus.

Expert Training Solutions

Our Training Accreditations

I work on a fixed rota on nights and it's great because I know what I'm doing each week. When I can, I pick up a 6th shift and get paid a premium for, which I put towards extra treats for the kids. I have a start time I like and get on with all the site team. I hope to stay working with Yodel for a long time.


Yodel HGV C+E Driver

Yodel has been a great opportunity for me. I completed my HGV C+E licence during the pandemic, after being a van delivery driver for many years with a different company. After then starting a family, I was really stuck with how to return to work, but working with Yodel has given me real flexibility with shifts to suit around child care. The work is great as it's trunking and I'm always given clear information on where I need to go.
